The product must not have been damaged or contaminated during transit.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you may request an exchange when returning the original item. The product requested for exchange must meet the same return conditions outlined above. Please specify the product you wish to receive in exchange when submitting your request.

Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the return within 5–7 business days. Upon completion of processing, the corresponding refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to complete the transfer of funds.

Shipping Costs
